Login to your account using the link in the upper-right corner of the website. Click Subscriptions and then click View. Click the Suspend button to pause.

 

How do I change my credit card for billing?

Login to your account using the link in the upper-right corner of the website. Click Payment Methods, then Add Payment Method. Don’t forget to delete the old card.

 

How do I change my password?

Login to your account using the link in the upper-right corner of the website. Click Account Details, updated your information, and click Save Changes.

 

How do I change my billing and shipping address?

Login to your account using the link in the upper-right corner of the website. Click Addresses and click the Edit icon, edit your information, and click Save Address.

 

How do I change the level of my subscription?

The easiest way is to let us help you! Email customerservice@trailfoody.com, and let us know the details.

 

What is the typical shelf life of the foods?

All our foods are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration, including cheeses and spreads. The shelf life varies from product to product, but most are made to last 9 months or longer.

 

Do you have a gluten-free version?

Yes! Select the plan you want and then choose the gluten-free option towards the end. If there’s a plan you want that doesn’t show the gluten-free option, just contact Customer Service.
